About the role

Join a dedicated team in the Dairy-Frozen Foods department. You’ll make lasting connections with customers, keep shelves full, and contribute to a clean, well-stocked store. This is a hands-on role with varied hours, Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may include lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to maintain full shelves
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store environment
• Work collaboratively on all tasks necessary for department success
• Arrive promptly for shifts and work as scheduled

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a focus on customer service
• Experience in a dairy-frozen position preferred
• Knowledge of stocking, load cutting, and displaying cases
• Motivation to grow your career and continue learning

Physical demands

• Frequent (15%+ of shift or 10+ repetitions): Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 2,000 force lbs, walking, reaching, standing, stooping/bending, squatting, kneeling, repetitive motion (turning, bending)
• Occasional (less than 15% of shift): Climbing ladders, mental math/calculation
• Environmental: Extended exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces

• Forklift, pallet jack, carts, box cutter, compactor, baler
• Scanner, register, scale, check approval machine, coupon machine, paging system

Pay

Progressive scale up to $18.00/hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Sunday – Saturday, varied hours.
