DAIL Quality Outcomes Specialist - Limited Service
About the role
The DAIL Quality Outcomes Specialist supports the Adult Services Division (ASD) by leading provider and staff training initiatives, strengthening quality assurance follow-up, streamlining provider enrollment, and leading division projects that improve efficiency and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training for providers and ASD staff.
- Create and maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation.
- Track training participation, evaluate effectiveness, and implement improvements.
- Perform follow-up work related to training and performance.
- Monitor implemented processes, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Use data to assess outcomes and inform continuous improvement.
- Support and streamline provider enrollment processes.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, process consistency, and timely onboarding.
- Prioritize division work and manage projects from scoping through implementation.
- Update and standardize forms, templates, workflows, and procedures.
- Map processes across ASD programs, identify overlap, and streamline for efficiency.
Requirements
Experience using Excel and comfort with technological solutions required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in public policy analysis, health and medical administration, human services or a related field.
- OR Four (4) years or more in public policy analysis, health and medical administration, public administration or a related field.
Skills
Experience with auditing, compliance and interpretation of state and federal regulations preferred.
