Support Services Specialist
Job Requirements
- Associate degree in business administration or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of customer service, contract administration, or related experience required. 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience with complex, high-value products a plus.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite required; MRP/ERP experience preferred.
Work Experience
Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
