Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions in the help desk and training domains utilizing functional knowledge in DAI/Oracle modules.
- Address and resolve DAI Help Desk Tickets, assisting the customer’s DAI end users with financial and technical issues (primarily P2P).
- Research and reconcile contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, workstreams, and external stakeholders such as DFAS and DAI PMO.
- Support the posting of Obligations (Reimbursables, Contracts, G-INV Orders) and provide resolution guidance for a variety of issues.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other System Process Documentation (SPDs).
- Deliver training on evolving processes within DAI.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for budgeting and planning purposes.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Contribute creative and strategic thinking to enhance business processes and outcomes.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year DoD Financial Management experience
- Public Trust Desired

Pay
$70,000 - $85,000 per year
