Management Trainee Officers (MTOs)
- Assist in waste management and environmental operations at different sites.
- Conduct field visits and inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support implementation of environmental and sustainability practices.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Cookordination with field teams and management for smooth project execution.
- Monitor waste handling procedures and compliance standards.
Environmental Officer
- Assist in waste management and environmental operations at different sites.
- Conduct field visits and inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support implementation of environmental and sustainability practices.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and operational records.
- Cookordination with field teams and management for smooth project execution.
- Monitor waste handling procedures and compliance standards.
Executive Assistant
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives.
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation.
- Arrange travel itineraries, hotel reservations, and ticket bookings.
- Cookordination meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Management Trainee Officers (MTOs)
- Fresh candidates or up to 1 year of experience.
- Relevant degree in respective field: HR / Business Administration, Accounting / Finance, IT / Computer Science, Supply Chain / Logistics, Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
Environmental Officer
- BS/MS in Environmental or Management Sciences.
- Fresh or up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Must be willing to travel to different operational fields/sites.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred.
