Responsibilities
- Recovering delayed, complex software migrations/implementations
- Direct leadership of US + India offshore teams
- Scope, backlog/MVP, risk, dependency & change-control management
- Technical understanding of integrations, data migration & releases
- Client-facing experience
Requirements
- Proven experience with Dataverse
- Proven experience with Customer Service/Case Management
- Consulting/professional-services experience
