About the role

RN positions available at Regalcare at Taunton, working 3pm-11pm shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, including but not limited to IV therapy, wound care, and rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assess patients' needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing high-quality care to residents.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Knowledge of infection control protocols.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
