RN (3-11 PM)

About the Role

The RN is responsible for administering high quality, accurate, and person-centered nursing care to all assigned residents on his/her shift. Tasks may include the accurate and timely administration of medications and treatments, observational and clinical documentation, assisting in emergency calls, and updating Supervisors of changes.

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 2nd Shift, 32 hours per week
• Week One: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday
• Week Two: Saturday, Monday, Thursday and Friday
• Pay: Starting at $40-$48 dollars per hour base, pay increases based on years of licensure. Shift diff eligible.

Essential Job Duties

• Assists in the supervision and direct care of residents and nursing personnel.
• Administers direct care as assigned.
• Gives and receives reports. Keeps physicians and families aware of changes in residents' condition.
• Assists in developing comprehensive care plans

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut is required.
• Current CPR and IV certifications are required.
• Geriatric/rehabilitation experience with a good understanding of restorative nursing is required.
