D152 - DD Day Center Manager
About the role
River Edge Behavioral Health serves more than 10,000 Georgians, offering mental health, substance use disorder treatments, and supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services include outpatient behavioral health, nursing, psychiatric assessment, stabilization, medication maintenance, and crisis intervention, along with awareness, education, and recovery groups.
Responsibilities
- Liaison between Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and families.
- Maintains activities in the day center, monitors bowel tracking and changing schedules, medications, credentials, individual documentation books, and training compliance.
- Creates and follows the monthly schedule; coordinates staff meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience providing social or direct care services to individuals with special needs.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related human services field.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory or equivalent role.
