D01 - Waiver

About the Role

This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, leading, and training of warehouse employees.
• Maintain and surpass production goals.
• Monitor beginning to end production of project.
• Responsible for successful flow of production.
• Communicating end of day production to Supervisor.
• Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma (required).
• College experience or degree is a plus.

Pay

$20.00 - $22.00/hour

• Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 per hour.
• Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 per hour.
• Step increase program: Pay will increase by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers only).

Incentives
