Pay
$20.00-$23.00/hour
- Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance
- Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral
- Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000
- Step increase program - Pay will increase by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only)
- Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 per hour
- Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 per hour

About the role
This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervising, leading, and training of warehouse employees
- Maintain and surpass production goals
- Monitor beginning to end production of project
- Responsible for successful flow of production
- Communicating end of day production to Supervisor
- Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred)
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Qualifications
- GED or High School Diploma (required)
- College experience or degree is a plus
