Pay

$20.00-$23.00/hour

• Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance
• Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral
• Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000
• Step increase program - Pay will increase by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only)
• Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 per hour
• Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 per hour

About the role

This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, leading, and training of warehouse employees
• Maintain and surpass production goals
• Monitor beginning to end production of project
• Responsible for successful flow of production
• Communicating end of day production to Supervisor
• Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred)
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database is preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma (required)
• College experience or degree is a plus
