Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent guest experience.
• Stock, set, and sell Target products.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Pay attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.

Requirements

Pay

The starting hourly rate is $19.00 USD per hour. The pay range for this role is $19.00 – $28.50 USD per hour.
