ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Properly verify components to shop order prior to assembly.
- Maintain quality and production standards on a daily basis.
- Handle products to prevent damage.
- Report all equipment maintenance problems daily.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work with others in a team concept, both individually and as a team.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of engine parts preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good eye/hand coordination.
- Able to perform repetitive functions for an extended period of time.
Reasoning Abilities
- Ability to interpret written, oral, and schedule instructions.
- Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
Physical Demands
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Sometimes climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Close, distance, color, and depth vision.
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise levels.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
