About the role

This position involves assembling and packaging bulk components for the global aftermarket.

Responsibilities

- Properly verify components to shop order prior to assembly. - Meet or exceed quality and production standards on a daily basis. - Proper handling of product to prevent damage. - Report all equipment maintenance problems daily. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Work with and always display a team concept approach, working individually, or as a team. - Perform processes including HU retrieval, order setup, pre-kitting (ILS), kitting, bagging, printing and/or labelling, hand packing, catching F/G units, board line component dropping, and arranging bearing sets.

Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED equivalent. - Basic knowledge of engine parts preferred. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good eye/hand coordination. - Ability to perform repetitive functions for an extended period of time. - Ability to complete basic math calculations. - Interpret a variety of instructions and complete tasks according to schedule. - Analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills. - Lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. - Moderate exposure to noise levels. - Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places.
