The Industrial Power Systems Division has an exciting opportunity for an Order-To-Delivery (OTD) Assembly Associate in Griffin, Georgia. As an OTD Assembly Associate, you will become a member of the team that lives daily the team culture, understands and accepts plant policy, procedures, and practices. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain an environment that is safe and clean.
- Adhere to established standards, policies, and procedures relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, attendance, quality of work life, ISO 9000 certification, and audits.
- Prepare and process engine components, operate machines, maintain records, and adhere to schedules and production goals.
- Spend 95% to 100% of the time standing while producing quality product.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of engines and manufacturing operations.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- 1 to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Current or previous 400 series engine assembly experience at IPSD Griffin.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be capable of working in a participative, team-based culture.
- Must demonstrate reliability and quality awareness.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime as required.
Pay
Summary pay range: $19.41 - $26.21 per hour. Compensation and benefits may vary depending on job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience.
