About the role

Join our culinary team at D.H. Lescombes Winery and Bistro in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are seeking a Dishwasher to contribute to the polished and clear dishware and utensils, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned thoroughly and sanitized.
• Organize and maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station.
• Support the front-of-house team in creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic math skills for portion control and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus.
