Cycle Counter

This position is based in our Conover manufacturing facility and the typical schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30a to 4pm. Requires ability to work overtime as needed. Scope The Cycle Counter is responsible for accurately counting and tracking inventory within the warehouse. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include conducting physical counts of stock, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records in the inventory system. The Cycle Counter must also possess good communication skills to coordinate with production and inventory management personnel. Responsibilities Cycle count materials which will be monitored by the Inventory Control Analyst and/or Sr Director of Supply ChainResearch inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reportsAssist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errorsAssist in updating systems with accurate informationFollow all safety rules and guidelines Qualifications/Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbsAbility to squat, sit, stand, walk and reach dailyAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentBasic PC and software knowledgeExcellent data analysis and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of cycle counter systems and processesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly organizedHigh attention to detailAnalytical Mindset
