Position Summary
The Cycle Counter will be an essential position to execute all inventory control functions by understanding locations for all materials, performing cycle counting functions as directed by the Inventory Analyst, and ensuring control of materials and locations in accordance with Pueblo requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and processing of cycle counts as directed, in line with KPI requirements.
- Recommend improvements to the inventory control function.
- Audit applications and processes to ensure data integrity.
- Analyze business processes and logic impacting inventory through observation and user interaction.
- Identify risks and offer solutions during material process performance.
- Multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
- Meet performance expectations with limited supervision, adhering to standard work and IC department dynamics.
Qualifications
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory, distribution, and/or operations (beneficial but not required).
- At least 1 year of core experience with Trane.
Pay
Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $22.50 – $26.29 (hourly). The actual compensation will depend on factors such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, and travel requirements.
