About the role

• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories
• Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally, becoming a subject-matter expert in multiple areas of each department
• Abide by all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Frequently walk or stand for long periods of time
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of related warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with Warehouse Management System is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of retail or distribution center operations
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime when required/some weekends
• Ability to follow direction and multi-task
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Pay

Hiring Pay Range: $21 - $23 USD. Actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
