About the role
Assist students with cybersecurity concepts, networking, Linux, Windows, digital forensics, and hands-on lab exercises. Support faculty. Provide one-on-one peer assistance and technical laboratory support for ISIN 200 and ISIN 409. Assist faculty with cybersecurity labs, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain instructional lab environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist faculty and students with cybersecurity labs
- Troubleshoot Linux, Windows, networking, Wazuh, and Security Onion
Requirements
- Completed ISIN 200 or equivalent
- Strong Linux, Windows, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity skills
- Excellent communication, professionalism, troubleshooting ability, and commitment to academic integrity
