About the role
Provide general lab and research support.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Henley Social Sciences Research Lab in RO 204, ensure that students operate equipment properly, troubleshoot when required, and maintain the lab in good running condition.
- Assist and monitor students with computer and software needs.
- Conduct research with a faculty member in the Henley Social Sciences Research Lab.
- Assist with Henley Social Sciences Research Lab special projects as requested.
Requirements
- Majoring in the social sciences and/or related field.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a lab/research setting (desired).
Pay
$17.00 per hour
Schedule
- Desired start date: August 31, 2026
- Projected end date: May 23, 2027
- Up to 10 hours per week, following the Chapman Academic Calendar
