Cybersecurity Program Manager

About the role

Join a dynamic, mission-focused team supporting a large cybersecurity program to defend our nation against advanced threats and adversaries. Leverage your technical and operational understanding of cybersecurity to lead a team in creating and applying solutions aligned to a national security-related customer's mission.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your technical and operational understanding of cybersecurity to lead a team in creating and applying solutions aligned to a national security-related customer's mission.
• Leverage your cybersecurity expertise to secure enterprise systems, improve processes, increase automation, and advance implementation of new technologies.
• Work with peers and leaders to innovate, mentor, and grow the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience applying cybersecurity principles and practices
• 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity contracts for the Intelligence Community (IC)
• 5+ years of experience leading cybersecurity teams of 20+ people
• Experience with risk management framework implementation, compliance, and processes within the IC
• Ability to work with and influence senior leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED
• Project Management Professional Certification

Skills

• Nice if you have: Experience with enterprise security tools and solutions, systems engineering or architecture, assessment and authorization processes, Jira, SharePoint, and Information Security Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CompTIA Security+

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD).

To support engagement and effective communication, employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings. Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility. Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
