Cybersecurity Associate – Flexible Location
About the role
Clark Hill is seeking a Cybersecurity Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. Candidates should have experience in privacy, cybersecurity, internet, and computer law. A technical background or general understanding of technology and electronic systems is required. Experience in data security incident notification and breach response is also necessary. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, possess a solid work ethic, and be flexible to respond to urgent matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on cybersecurity and privacy issues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to protect client and company data
- Respond to data security incidents and breaches
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts related to cybersecurity
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management
Requirements
- Currently licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in privacy, cybersecurity, internet, and computer law
- A technical background or general understanding of technology and electronic systems
- Data security incident notification and breach response experience

Pay
The salary range at the time of posting is $175,000 - $185,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
Schedule
This position is eligible for a full-time work schedule.
