Cyberproof Strategic Alliances & Partner Director

You are a motivated and results-oriented Strategic Alliances & Partner Director who will lead and expand our relationship with Google and 2-4 strategic AI partners while driving measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role covers all of the United States and involves serving as the primary business leader responsible for building trust, executive alignment, and go-to-market collaboration with Google and other strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary USA relationship owner for Google and strategic ecosystem partners.
- Develop trusted relationships with Google sales, partner, and engineering resources.
- Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption of CyberProof's MXDR, SOC, and managed security services.
- Build executive-level alignment and sponsorship across partner organizations.
- Represent CyberProof at partner events, executive briefings, conferences, and strategic planning sessions.
- Own a defined annual bookings quota tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
- Drive measurable revenue growth through strategic alliances and partner-led engagements.
- Collaborate with CyberProof sales leadership to identify, qualify, and close opportunities generated through partner relationships.
- Lead joint account planning and territory alignment activities to maximize market coverage and sales effectiveness.
- Maintain accountability for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation targets.
- Build and execute quarterly pipeline development plans with Google and other strategic partners.
- Develop repeatable programs that increase referral volume, joint selling activity, and opportunity creation.
- Establish and manage KPIs for pipeline creation, conversion rates, and partner engagement.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition with the sales team through partner-led and co-sell motions.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities where Google and CyberProof can jointly deliver customer value.
- Maintain accountability for new logo business generated through the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution engineering teams to accelerate deal progression and closure.
- Expand CyberProof's strategic alliance network beyond Google to include technology partners, such as Cequence Security, and relevant regional ecosystem partners.
- Identify emerging partnerships that strengthen CyberProof's market position and create incremental revenue opportunities.
- Develop scalable partner engagement models to support growth across North America and international markets.
- Build business cases and growth strategies for new alliance opportunities.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, delivery, and executive leadership teams.
- Ensure alignment between partner strategies and CyberProof's broader growth objectives.
- Drive partner enablement initiatives and internal awareness of alliance opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic channel/alliances, sales, partner management, business development, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success managing hyperscaler partnerships such as Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, or similar ecosystems.
- Proven track record of achieving quota and driving measurable revenue growth through partner channels.
- Experience building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, managed security services, SOC, MDR, MXDR, cloud security, and related technologies.
- History of developing partner-generated pipeline and closing new logo business.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Existing relationships within Google Cloud and the Google security ecosystem.
- Experience working with cybersecurity technology vendors and strategic alliance programs.
- Familiarity with channel and co-sell programs across cloud and security ecosystems.
- Experience managing multiple strategic partnerships simultaneously across multiple geographic regions.
Pay
Compensation range: $120,000–180,000 plus commission. Role location: Remote.
