Cyber Tools Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, maintain, and support Windows-based MFA solutions utilizing Axway Repeater, Responder, and 90-Meter software
• Configure and maintain Axway Desktop Validator and Axway Validation Authority servers in production environments
• Support implementation and deployment of Cyber Tools patch releases across NT labs, testbed, and operational systems
• Install, configure, deploy, and test cybersecurity tools including Delinea, ESS (Trellix), ACAS, Elastic, BigFix, KMS, and related technologies
• Troubleshoot software applications and COTS product integrations
• Analyze system vulnerabilities, mission impacts, and risk mitigation strategies supporting system accreditation activities
• Implement and maintain DISA STIGs and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Support cybersecurity compliance and DoD information assurance certification efforts
• Provide technical feedback and engineering support to Cyber Leadership and COS engineering
• Document lessons learned, cybersecurity best practices, and engineering standards
• Support ongoing Cyber Tools activities within the Platform & Infrastructure Agile Release Train

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Axway Desktop Validator and Axway Validation Authority servers in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Multi- Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Experience troubleshooting software applications and integrating COTS cybersecurity products
• Experience conducting vulnerability analysis, risk mitigation, and mission impact assessments
• 1 Familiarity with DISA STIG implementation and cybersecurity compliance activities
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across Windows systems, servers, networking, virtualization, and hardware environments
