Key Responsibilities
- Solution Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Techical Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical recommendations to address specific cybersecurity challenges.
- Proof of Value (PoVs): Design and execute proof of value to validate the effectiveness of partner ISV and cyber technology in customer environments.
- Customized Presentations: Develop and deliver customized presentations and technical proposals that align with customer needs and objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers to gather and document technical requirements for cybersecurity solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features and updates of our cybersecurity products and effectively communicate these to potential clients.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of competitor offerings and conduct competitive analysis to highlight the unique value proposition of our solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to provide feedback and insights from customer interactions.
- Customer Training: Provide training sessions to customers on the technical aspects of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the cybersecurity ecosystem.
- Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, cloud security, observability, automation, vulnerability management, identity management, and threat detection.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience with conducting technical training sessions and workshops.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus but not required.
- Partner ISV, and OEM certification, EG, Palo Alto, etc. are also desirable but not required.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and/or as an engineer/architect in those environments is highly desirable.
