We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No metadata like Position Title, Location, Clearance Requirement, Employment type as headings; fold minor metadata into short p or drop. We need to preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, AI statement, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Position Title: Senior Program Manager (not heading) - Location: St. Petersburg, FL - Clearance Requirement: Top Secret/SCI - Employment type: Full Time - Company description: Research Innovations Inc. (RII) is redefining defense technology... We’re looking for an innovative Senior Program Manager to lead several cybersecurity-related program teams to meet customer missions and RII business objectives. This role is based in our St Petersburg, FL office and requires travel to the Washington, D.C. area and other locations as needed. Get s#it done. This position requires an Active US Top Secret security clearance, and the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI Special Access Program access - What You Will Be Doing (list of duties) - What You Have Done (experience) - EVEN BETTER (additional qualifications) - At RII, we believe that diversity... (benefits and culture) - Benefits: flexible work schedules, health insurance coverage, paid time off, 401k with a company match, paid parental leave, access to wellness programs and much more. You get this all from day one, and all paid for by RII. It’s all part of another of our core values: Stay human. It’s why our comfortable and colorful offices such as our headquarters, include a community game room, pantry, massage chair, and an escape room, among other amenities. It’s why we have community ambassadors and regular community events. - EEO statement (remove) - AI statement (remove) - Contact info (remove) We need sections: About the role (maybe company description + role summary). Responsibilities (What You Will Be Doing). Requirements (maybe Clearance Requirement, experience?). Qualifications (What You Have Done). Skills (maybe EVEN BETTER). Benefits (benefits description). Pay (not present, so omit). Schedule (not present, maybe flexible work schedules mentioned under benefits; but schedule not explicit; we could omit Schedule section because no explicit schedule info). However "flexible work schedules" is a benefit, not schedule section. So we omit Schedule. Pay: no salary info, omit. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with real content. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like travel requirement, clearance, etc. Let's extract. About the role: Could combine company description and role summary: "Research Innovations Inc. (RII) is redefining defense technology. We combine mission-driven impact with cutting-edge research and a culture that values autonomy, creativity, and technical excellence. We’re looking for an innovative Senior Program Manager to lead several cybersecurity-related program teams to meet customer missions and RII business objectives. This role is based in our St Petersburg, FL office and requires travel to the Washington, D.C. area and other locations as needed. This position requires an Active US Top Secret security clearance, and the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI Special Access Program access." We could also include "Get s#it done." but that's informal; maybe keep as part of prose. Responsibilities: list from "What You Will Be Doing". Items: - Provide overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of program teams in support of customer missions - Pursue and develop on-program growth and new efforts with customers, including business development and proposal management - Use cybersecurity program experience to establish and implement program plans, drive execution, and ensure meaningful mission-focused customer deliveries - Manage and control requirements, schedule, and cost to provide on-time, within budget performance of all customer program aspects - Facilitate resolution of technical problems - Manage internal and external expectations - Manage risks and opportunities - Lead proposal efforts for new opportunities, including management volume development, technical volume and cost volume review and validation, color team reviews, etc. - Work with engineering team to develop program execution roadmaps - Facilitate and grow customer engagement We need to keep each as

  • . Requirements: Could include clearance requirement, employment type full time, location? But location maybe part of About. Also maybe "Over eight (8) years of experience as a program manager, leading fast-paced cybersecurity software development contracts with effective customer mission impact" is more qualification/experience. Requirements could be: "Active US Top Secret security clearance; ability to upgrade to TS/SCI Special Access Program access; Full-time employment; Based in St. Petersburg, FL with travel to Washington, D.C. area and other locations as needed." But we need to avoid duplication. We'll put clearance and travel in About maybe; but we can also put in Requirements. However we must not repeat info unnecessarily? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid duplication, but better to avoid redundancy. We can include clearance in About and not repeat in Requirements. But Requirements could focus on experience: "Over eight (8) years of experience as a program manager, leading fast-paced cybersecurity software development contracts with effective customer mission impact". However that's more like qualification. Let's think: Usually Requirements are mandatory: clearance, experience, etc. Qualifications are desired. But we can split. Given the posting: "What You Have Done" list is experience/qualifications. "EVEN BETTER" is additional desired qualifications. Thus we can set: - Requirements: "Active US Top Secret security clearance; ability to upgrade to TS/SCI Special Access Program access; Over eight (8) years of experience as a program manager, leading fast-paced cybersecurity software development contracts with effective customer mission impact." But we also have location and travel; maybe include in About. Qualifications: Could be the list under "What You Have Done" (the bullet points). But that list is similar to requirements; maybe we treat "What You Have Done" as Qualifications (mandatory experience). And "EVEN BETTER" as Skills or Preferred Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: Section headings we will use: - About the role (company description, role summary, location, travel, clearance) - Responsibilities (list from What You Will Be Doing) - Qualifications (list from What You Have Done) - Preferred Qualifications/Skills (list from EVEN BETTER) - Benefits (list from benefits paragraph) We need to map each to appropriate heading names from allowed list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We could also include Requirements if we have separate content not covered elsewhere. But we already put clearance in About; we could move clearance to Requirements and keep About more generic. Let's see. We need to preserve all substantive info. If we put clearance in About, it's still preserved. If we also put in Requirements, it's duplicated but still preserved. Duplication not prohibited but maybe not ideal. However we can keep it only once. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for: - About the role: company description, role purpose, location, travel. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: experience list (What You Have Done). - Skills: EVEN BETTER list. - Benefits: benefits paragraph. We could also include Requirements: maybe the clearance requirement and full-time employment type. But we could incorporate those into About or Qualifications. However the instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't require us to use all; we just need to use them when we have content. Thus we can choose to include Requirements section for clearance and employment type. Let's do that. Thus sections: - About the role: company description and role summary (excluding clearance and location? maybe include location and travel). We'll keep location and travel in About. - Requirements: clearance requirement, full-time employment, maybe location? but location already in About. We'll keep clearance and employment type. - Responsibilities: list. - Qualifications: What You Have Done list. - Skills: EVEN BETTER list. - Benefits: benefits paragraph. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to format. We'll produce:
