IT Senior Program Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a IT Senior Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this remote opportunity, you will lead complex IT program execution that supports business transformation across manufacturing and distribution environments. This role will own cross-functional planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvement efforts that help drive operational efficiency, system readiness, and successful change adoption. You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver large-scale initiatives, including ERP implementations and end-to-end testing, while ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards stay on track.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive program plans aligned with organizational goals
• Manage program budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and resource allocation
• Map current-state processes and design improved future-state processes for greater efficiency
• Own the technology roadmap for business transformation initiatives
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and ensure deliverables meet compliance and quality criteria
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support effective change management strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects as an IT Program Manager
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Distribution
• Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven track record deploying systems across multi-site manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, with proficiency in related tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
