Cyber Security Product RISK Manager

About the role

A Cyber Security Product RISK Manager is needed to lead the risk management process for a leading defense contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management plans for assigned products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk registers
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or risk management
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies such as NIST SP 800-30 and ISO 31000
• Knowledge of ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• CISSP certification preferred
• Experience with risk management tools and software
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and security controls
