Cyber Product Manager

About the role

Manage strategic and business decisions related to product or product group creation, development, positioning, and marketing. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, strategic growth, or multidisciplinary roles supporting cyber, advanced technology, or outcomes‑based solution development
• 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering or technical teams to shape product direction, refine requirements, validate feasibility, and ensure alignment between technical roadmaps and mission or market needs
• 3+ years of experience supporting capability or product development across multiple lifecycle stages, including early concept shaping, solution development, customer alignment, and preparation for capture or deployment
• 3+ years of experience operating across multiple mission or business lanes within the cyber mission space
• Experience collaborating with internal or external partners such as tech vendors, integrators, or venture-style partners, to integrate new technologies, validate prototypes, or explore new business opportunities
