(CW) Accounts Payable Analyst (Temporary/Contract)

About the role

BioMarin is a global biotechnology company that translates genetic discoveries into new medicines to advance the future of human health. As a part of the Corporate Groups, the Accounts Payable Analyst supports the AP team by owning the AP inbox, mitigating escalations, handling physical mail, and supporting financial disclosures and escheats audits.

Responsibilities

• Wholly owns AP inbox and reviews each email thoroughly
• Responds to general inquiries and delegates only if necessary
• Alerts appropriate team members for potential escalations
• Scans invoices to processing team and reviews statements
• Receives and processes refunds, credit/debit notes, disbursement requests, tax payments, etc.
• Supports Regulatory team and fulfills escheats audits
• Backs up analysts when they are out of the office

Requirements

• Must have SAP/Ariba experience

• Bachelor's Degree
