Responsibilities

• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor new hires.
• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.
• Partner closely with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

Pay

$100,000 - $130,000 per year.
