Job Description
Major Duty and Responsibilities:
- Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing
- Timely and Accurate Data Entry
- Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting
- Operations: Receive documents. Prepare customs entries in Exp.o Customs. Understand the elements of the Import & export customs SOP. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating systems from LOG to DLV. Ensure timely customs clearance of shipments. Monitor customs clearances and communicate with Customers.
- Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies / requirements.
- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
- Meet and maintain KPI standards, as per department goals and metrics.

Qualifications
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience2 years Customs Brokerage/Compliance experience preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to type: 45wpm
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changes
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Process oriented
Training Requirements
- Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year, including as needed management/leadership training
