Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
  • Track and Trace Custom files and reporting
  • Avoid errors in client billing
  • Understand all the elements of the import and export customs Desk Level Operating Procedure and correctly interpret this information to fulfill our customer’s instructions and expectations
  • Transfer customs declaration information from documents, or other sources into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
  • Avoid errors in the transfer of customs declaration information
  • Assist with verification of customs declaration information and the submission of such to the customs authority
  • Avoid delays in the submission of customs declaration information
  • Avoid non-compliance at all times to regulations

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals meeting the following qualifications demonstrated through your school, work, and life experiences:

  • Strong business acumen and work ethic
  • Proven leadership attitude and background
  • Effective interpersonal skills - proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Competitive and comfortable working alone but also focused on the betterment of the organization and a good team player

Additional Information

  • Starting Pay: USD 40,000 - USD 50,000 yearly
  • Location: 12200 E Iliff Ave, Aurora, CO 80014, USA
