Job Description
Able to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations.
Must be able to meet/exceed our best-in-class key performance indicators daily.
Visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes.
Open files as required.
Monitor timely entry release.
Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies.
Scan, and index documents into imaging system.
Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries”
Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required.
Turnover to dispatch as required, timely.
Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience.
- Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Take ownership of all that you do.
- Be a team player, make it a positive work environment and show respect.
- Positive attitude always “Can do”.
- Multi-tasking, Obsessed with detail, and a sense of prioritization.
