What You'll Do
- Deliver business impact, innovation and relevant value for your customers by understanding their key business objectives, challenges and opportunities
- Drive value of deployed solutions for all customers in your portfolio by driving retention and providing recommendations to optimize adoption and use of the TXM platform
- Educate customers on new product capabilities and position value propositions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop connections ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Oversee key stakeholder relationships post-signature and own and drive these relationships post-go live
- Oversee Champions training and certification, and deliver persona-based end user training
- Host regular office hours for end users through go live and oversee early adoption period and metrics
What You've Done
- 5+ years experience as a Customer Success/Customer Value Manager role within SaaS space
- Experience using technology, metrics, and reporting to manage a customer support functions
- Experience having value-based conversations with business executives and key clients
- Experience managing products, product offerings, and customer experience with products
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Pay
Salary Expected salary range $75,000 - $90,000
