Job Summary
CVA Supervisor to lead and elevate the execution of our Customer Value Agreements (CVAs). This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive maximum value, equipment uptime, and exceptional support throughout their ownership journey.
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fleet management, product support, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of heavy equipment operations and jobsite workflows.
- Experience in customer service and contract management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Able to train and support teams and customers on digital tools.
- Background in Service or Parts Operations Management.
Key Competencies
- Lead, refine, and optimize CVA-related workflows to ensure consistent, high-value delivery to customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to reinforce the importance and understanding of CVA processes.
- Work directly with customers and teams to ensure a world-class experience.
- Lead and develop a team of sales support professionals, driving accountability and engagement while identifying new business opportunities and continually enhancing workflows to remove obstacles and improve team efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive CVA growth, consistently meeting and exceeding established performance targets.
- Leverage data to uncover opportunities to improve uptime and strengthen the Equipment Management program.
- Collaborate across departments to refine CVA offerings and improve delivery methods.

Physical Requirements
