Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team to drive strong sales performance
- Provide coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness
- Oversee training programs and manage people-related processes for the customer team
- Develop and maintain a high-performing customer-focused team that meets organizational goals
- Travel at least 15% to engage with customers and support team efforts
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with key thought leaders or influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations is a plus
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Science, Business, or Healthcare preferred
- Track record of managing and inspiring successful sales teams, especially within Cardiovascular market
- Proficient in leveraging analytics and technology to drive sales strategies and insights
