Core Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of door-to-door sales representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching to help the team achieve their goals and improve performance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for door-to-door appointment setting, ensuring that the team is focused on high-potential areas and target markets.
- Track and report on individual and team performance metrics.
- Set clear goals and expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales conversion.
- Foster a positive and energetic team environment.
- Motivate team members to exceed targets and provide incentives for top performers.
- Ensure that all interactions with potential customers reflect the company’s values and service standards.
- Address any issues or complaints that arise in the field.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, local regulations, and safety guidelines during door-to-door activities.
Compensation And Benefits
- $42,000 Base Salary
- OTE of up to $200,000
- Monthly bonus opportunity
- Company car provided
- Top-tier commission on all personal sales

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or appointment setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to motivate a team in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and customer concerns effectively.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors and travel between neighborhoods.
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to carry promotional materials and sales tools as needed.
