Position Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders
  • Make product recommendations
  • Handle account inquiries
  • Be a product and solutions expert
  • Build business relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided
