Position Responsibilities
- Process customer orders
- Make product recommendations
- Handle account inquiries
- Be a product and solutions expert
- Build business relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided
