Description
The primary responsibility of the role is to support Company's Research Engagement Services team with the timely processing of internal and external email volume. Additional responsibilities include service request creation and routing of requests to the appropriate internal teams.

Pay
Pay: $17.38/hr
Schedule
Schedule: The hours for this position are 8am to 5pm ET or 10am to 7pm ET. Must reside within 30 miles of the Ft. Myers, FL or Irving, TX office for consideration, although the role is anticipated to be 100% remote.
