Main Responsibilities
- Oversight of client and vendor inquiries via various communication channels.
- Periodic facilitation of vendor sourcing to meet client requirements.
- Reviewing and analyzing submitted work orders for completion.
- Mediating costs within established guidelines.
- Ensuring quality assurance of vendor work.
- Scheduling and monitoring the workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of FHA conveyance and property experience preferred.
- Previous customer service and outside sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience working in Aspen is advantageous.
- A bilingual candidate is highly valued.
