The Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. Role Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards• Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures Qualifications Required • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus• Previous experience in customer service or call center support preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM software, and online communication tools• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace Preferred • Strong attention to detail• Positive attitude and empathy toward customers• Ability to remain calm under pressure• Excellent time management and organizational skills
