About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success – Support team. This role will be full-time and remote.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Train and onboard new customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with AI tools for customer support
