About the role
We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide front-line support by responding to customer inquiries, processing routine loan servicing requests, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to ACH payments, payoffs, VOMs, reconveyances, and other servicing requests
- Process loan servicing transactions in accordance with RESPA guidelines and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently
- Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality customer service
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service or loan servicing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with standard office technology and customer service systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
