About the role

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for new and existing client set up and client maintenance. Activities include store setup, customer training, escalated customer issues, billing issues, and vendor set up. The Specialist also owns setting up the launch party with the customer and facilitating it. They are responsible for training employees at the customer site on new storefronts, proactively seeking customer feedback, and reacting with agility to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new and existing clients
  • Customer training and support
  • Escalated customer issues (Tier 2, Tier 3)
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues
  • Monitor receivables
  • Proactively seek customer feedback
  • React with agility to resolve issues
  • Provide training and training materials to customers
  • Follow up on customer issues requiring additional research
  • Support for escalated customer issues
  • Follow company guidelines for 60 days post adoption check back

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years of experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Experience: 2 years of Customer Service
