About the role
The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for new and existing client set up and client maintenance. Activities include store setup, customer training, escalated customer issues, billing issues, and vendor set up. The Specialist also owns setting up launch parties with customers and facilitating them. They are responsible for proactively seeking customer feedback, reacting to issues with agility, providing training and materials to customers, and supporting escalated customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Set up new and existing clients including storefronts, customer training, and launch parties
- Proactively seek customer feedback and react to issues with agility
- Provide training and training materials to customers to support successful storefront adoption
- Follow company guidelines for 60 days post-adoption check-back
- Support escalated customer issues (Tier 2, Tier 3)
- Follow up on customer issues requiring additional research
- Investigate and resolve billing issues and monitor receivables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
