About The Role
CodeVertex Careers is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support customer questions, account requests, service issues, documentation, and follow-up workflows. This is a United States remote position with structured expectations for communication, documentation, and ownership.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer or client inquiries through approved communication channels.
- Document requests, account notes, issue details, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Cook up coordination with operations, account support, and internal teams to resolve open items.
- Maintain a professional, clear, and helpful experience for customers and applicants.
- Identify recurring questions or workflow gaps and share improvement notes with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, client services, account support, or a related service role.
- A clear written communication and ability to handle routine support questions professionally.
- Comfort working with online tools, CRM systems, shared documents, and ticketing workflows.
- A strong follow-up habits and ability to manage multiple open requests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
- Ability to improve templates, checklists, trackers, or operating procedures.
- Comfort working with confidential or process-sensitive business information.
Compensation And Work Environment
The salary range for this role is $46,000 – $70,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs. This role is remote within the United States.
