What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot basic platform questions and guide customers to solutions
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Document all interactions accurately in our ticketing system
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
- Identify common questions and suggest ways to improve support resources
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
