What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients and clients
- Provide accurate and timely information on services, appointments, and billing
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
- Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex inquiries
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of customer support or patient service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required
